If you love our Heels classes but want to slow it down, then Seduction is the class for you! The Seduction Class is all about expressing yourself in a way that may take you out of your comfort zone. But hey, this is what it's all about. Moving freely to the music and finding your inner goddess! We take things slower and sexier. DANCES Check our instagram page to find out the song you will be dancing to on the night you are booked in - @kikastudiosau WHAT TO WEAR Wear something you feel hot and sexy in that doesn't restrict you in movement. There may be a bit of floor work, so knee pads are handy to have! Comfortable heels to dance in, preferably heels that are strappy or ankle supportive, but don't feel that you are obligated to wear heels. If you are more comfortable in flats/sneakers for the time being, that's ok too!
